One of the biggest half marathons in metro Atlanta. A flat and fast course that that sends 2000 runners ripping through the oncoming fall colors. 24th Overall.

Atlanta Track Club 10 Miler

ATC races always bring out the strong competitive runners in the Atlanta area. Challenging, two-loop course on a beautiful Saturday morning.

Iron Horse 15K

Semi-hilly course run in Kennesaw, Georgia. Just a good, consistent training run.

East Atlata Strut 5K

Great PR day! Finally broke 40:00 at the 10K distance, but paid the price with a calf pull at mile 5.2. Ran/walk the final mile and still PR'd.

Berry Half Marathon

Locomotive Thunder 5K

Frog Hollow Cross Country 5K

Frog Hollow 5K cross country trail race in support of Greater Atlanta Christian School. Won age group, 3rd overall, and father/son team event.

Run In Defense Of Animals 5K is a small race in a hilly area near Suwanee, Georgia. This was my first overall win.

Totally Running 5K Race is held in the streets of Cumming, Georgia. Secured 1st place age group and 6th place overall.

Old Soldiers Day 5K

Old Soldiers Day 5K Race is held in Alpharetta, Georgia. 1st place age group and 12th place overall.

Flamingo 5K

While technically not a win and one day from turning Masters, I scored my 5K PR of 19:44 at the "Christmas in July" Flamingo 5K. 7th finisher overall.

Humboldt Redwoods Marathon

18th place overall along the famously beautiful Avenue of the Giants in Humboldt County, California. Love those Redwood trees.

Mercedes Marathon

6th Place AG / 3:13:01 / February 13, 2011

Ran under the finisher clock at 3:12:24, but results showed me 3:13:01. I ran my heart out, achieved my goal, and qualified for Boston.

Publix Georgia Marathon

Challenging, but exciting marathon taking runners through many Atlanta burroughs and neighborhoods - Centennial Olympic Park, Decatur, Emory, Poncey-Highlands, Georgia Tech.

ING Georgia Marathon

Since 2007, I've run the ING Georgia Marathon each year of existence as a streak, with each year showing improvement. A tough, hilly marathon.

Mountain Mist 50K

This was the fourth year running the Mountain Mist 50K Trail Race since 2008. Each year has shown improvement, with 2011's race shaving off ~40 minutes.

Mount Cheaha 50K

21st Place Overall / 5:46:53 / February 26, 2011

One of my favorite 50Ks in the Southeast. Race to the highest point in Alabama, Mount Cheaha, at 2,407 feet - 22:00 PR from 2010.

Landsford Canal 50K

4th Place Overall / 5:05:53 / July 18, 2009

Landsford Canal 50K is 31.25 mile race in South Carolina consisting of 80% road and 20% single-track trail. This is my 50K personal best on any course.

Keys 50 starts at mile marker 51 in Marathon Key, Florida and runs to Key West straight down US1 in May. Hot!

Grueling, but beautiful 100-mile road race from Key Largo to Key West straight down US1 with the ocean and the bay on both sides of the runners the entire time.

Pinhoti 100

The Pinhoti 100 Mile Trail Race is a rugged, single-track trail race held in Alabama that runs over Mount Cheaha, the highest point in the state.

Cascade Crest 100

Cascade Crest 100 is held on the trails of Washington's Cascade Mountain Range and often ranks top ten of most difficult trail ultramarathons in the U.S.

Superior Sawtooth 100

Sawtooth runs along the Superior Hiking Trail in Minnesota, and like Cascade Crest, is recognized as one of the more challenging races in the sport.

Laurel Valley Whitewater Run

A rugged, self-supported race along the Foothills trail in North and South Carolina. After many years, there is still much debate to the actual, true distance.

Fuego Y Agua 100K {2}

One of the toughest events I have done. Up and over two monster volcanoes on the tropical Isla de Ometepe in Nicaragua. I am the first two-time 100K finisher.
